I'm trying to set up a .com server. However, the commend "apt-get install sun-java6-jdk" is no longer available. What do I do now?

I have downloaded everything and can't seem to figure it out. How do I get the server so I can play? And how can I make myself the owner to where i can do moderator things like rain, color changing, and other stuff? Please help me. I downloaded the .net 2014 one.
